Abstract:
Who would have ever thought of connecting the attributes, skills, problem solving abilities and values of leadership with those of parenthood? We have! Whether you are a parent and/or had parents…the connections to leadership will amaze you.

The day will be a unique and eye-opening journey through the similarities (and there are plenty) between being an effective and caring leader and a capable and nurturing parent. You will be amazed at how much we can learn from our parenting experiences and transfer them to essential aspects of organizations and the workplace (and the inverse is equally true!).

Join us for what we promise will be a memorable learning experience that will resonate with the parent/leader in each of us. You will leave with “actionable intelligence” that you can apply immediately to better understand yourself and those around you and add valuable new “tools” to your leadership kit.
